Account Manager – Financial Services Marketing

White Whale Solutions (“Whale”), a 2024 & 2025 Best of Tampa marketing and analytics agency, is seeking an Account Manager to support strategic campaigns for banks and credit unions across the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Support clients in building and executing marketing campaigns
- Coordinate digital + direct mail programs from planning through execution
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal teams
- Contribute to segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
What You Bring
- 3–5 years experience in financial services marketing (banking/credit union preferred)
- Experience supporting campaign strategy and execution
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Clear communication and proactive mindset
Bonus If You Have
- Direct mail / print production experience
- Experience with segmentation, analytics, or campaign reporting
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000+ (based on experience)
- Bonus: Profit sharing + revenue incentives
